Summary: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel carpets looks as if they had NEVER been cleaned. The linens on the beds appeared clean, as well as the bathroom facilities. The overall appearance was just dingy. The breakfast bar was very nice. It was pet friendly which is a plus for me. My stay was comfortable and I felt safe during my entire stay, but it definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and new carpet throughout.

Summary: Autumn checked us in and was super friendly. Our rooms esthetic was outdated (not a problem) but the closer you looked at things the grosser it got. Hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. A dead roach right below the mirror in the walk way. Stains on the mattress that were visible. I had the pleasure of killing a small roach the following more after what was suppose to be a 2 night stay. We left after 1 night. I am assuming this happens often because when I went to check out early, I didn’t receive an apology or any form of remorse. I understand it’s not the front desks fault but damn. I wasn’t even issued a full refund either.

Summary: Not a bad hotel except the t.v. didn't work. The a/c struggled to cool the room. The ice maker was also broken

Summary: No handicap accomidations available at check in. The toilet seat was broken, but did get fixed while we were there. The room was musty and smelled like dog. When i mentioned it the response was, "awe, sorry." There were bugs on the floor in the lobby. Breakfast was good!
